Discovery: A Neurodivergent Self-Discovery Workbook
Turning years of scattered memories, confusing traits and half-finished online quizzes into a clear explanation is another problem entirely. Discovery is a 160-page interactive workbook designed to help adults investigate patterns connected with ADHD, autism, AuDHD and commonly overlapping conditions. Instead of telling you which label to claim, it guides you through the harder and more useful task: collecting specific evidence from your actual life.
You will explore how your brain functions across attention, executive functioning, communication, sensory processing, emotional regulation, routines, movement, memory and much, much more.
Every common neurodivergent trait and condition is:
- clearly explained: what it is and how it presents
- has concrete, real life adult examples: you can tick or not tick what applies to you
- asks you specific questions to help you explore or discover what patterns or experiences apply to you and how
- has a interaction pdf section to give you space to explain if this trait resonates and whether their is a specific experience you have which relates.
The workbook then helps you record what happened, when it happened and what it cost you. That turns “I think I struggle with this” into organised information a professional can actually examine.
Once completed it can be sent or brought to a GP, psychologist, occupational therapist, speech pathologist or other treating professional. It may also help you organise relevant functional information for services such as the NDIS or Centrelink.
