Faulty, Damaged and Misdescribed Products
If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or is not as described, you are entitled to a replacement or refund under Australian Consumer Law.

As a customer, you must provide evidence of the item being faulty or damaged, evidence of packaging with your order number. For faulty items video evidence will be required. This evidence is to be sent to our email at WiredDifferentlyAustralia@gmail.com.

Change of Mind
We do not accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before placing your order.
RETURN PROCESS
Requesting a Return
To request a return, please contact us at wireddifferentlyaustralia@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number and details of the issue.

Return Shipping

If the product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed → we will cover the cost of return shipping or provide a replacement at no cost.

If the return is not due to our error (e.g. incorrect details entered at checkout) → the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

A valid order confirmation or receipt must be provided for all returns and refunds.
