Service Description

An online group for autistic adults, including AuDHD, who want to talk to people who already speak the language. No icebreakers. No forced sharing. Camera off, stim freely, knit, pace, eat lunch, say nothing for the entire hour. Lurking counts as attending. Loosely structured around a weekly topic: late diagnosis, masking fatigue, burnout, sensory load, work, family who still do not get it. After, we follow the conversation. Capped at 10 so it stays a conversation, not an audience. Run from Australia, in English. Self-identified welcome, no diagnosis required. Peer connection, not therapy or clinical support.
